Sustainable and durable

The robust counterbalance forklift, also known as a counterbalanced forklift, gets its counterweight from the battery block, which weighs 160 kg. The motor and battery are installed beneath the driver's seat to save space, creating the low centre of gravity needed for ideal stability while lifting heavy loads. This makes it easy to move goods weighing up to 2.500 kg from A to B at a maximum speed of 13 km/h. The electric forklift can be used when loaded on gradients of up to 15 - 25 %.

The electronic drive is not only very quiet, but also energy-efficient. A full charge of the electric forklift takes approximately 5 - 6 h. The current battery charge level can be conveniently read directly on the forklift's display.

Thanks to compatibility with the 230 V standard power grid, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. This means the GSE25/5 can be charged easily from any standard wall socket. This extends your battery's service life and increases the performance of your forklift. It is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses operating a 2-shift system. The supplied power cable can be carried with you at all times. This allows you to charge your forklift anywhere there is a power source. Flexibility and mobility are guaranteed with the GSE25/5.

The electric forklift is also equipped with energy-saving LED headlights and signal lights, enabling efficient work in darker warehouse or hall areas.

Emission-free, compact and quiet

Thanks to its electric drive and compact dimensions (1.180 mm x 3.634 mm x 2.210 - 6.120 mm), the forklift is ideally suited for indoor use, as it is emission-free and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is equally at home outdoors, safely transporting goods and cargo to their destination.

It makes everyday work easier when loading and unloading trucks and containers and transporting goods.

The compact 3-stage telescopic mast stores goods continuously up to a lift height of 40 - 4.800 mm. It extends in 3 stages, with mast heights between 2.210 - 6.120 mm. The vehicle's small dimensions with the telescopic mast retracted also make it perfect for unloading inside a 40-foot High Cube sea-freight container.

Thanks to rear-wheel steering, the GSE25/5 impresses with a small turning radius of 2.140 mm, making work in confined spaces, such as between storage-rack rows, easier. The travel path requires a minimum width of 3794 mm. The standard power steering enables low-effort forklift manoeuvring.

High performance thanks to lithium-ion technology

Compared with conventional electric forklifts with lead-acid batteries, the lithium-ion battery of the GSE25/5 offers many advantages. Its charging time is many times shorter. Its charging efficiency is also considerably better. In addition, when a lithium-ion battery is used, the number of possible charging cycles before the battery block is taken out of service increases significantly, as does its service life. The lithium-ion battery of the electric forklift also offers particularly high energy density. This is why its operating time is particularly long. 

Another major advantage is that Li-Ion batteries are maintenance-free. This eliminates the time-consuming filling of distilled water, which otherwise either takes a great deal of time or requires an additional automatic watering system.

Comfortable operation and good all-round visibility

Access to the driver's cabin is ergonomically designed, and the construction also prioritizes maximum safety with a non-slip step and grab handle.

The fork is raised, lowered and tilted conveniently using the levers beside the steering column. The fork width is adjusted manually at the fork mast. This makes the electric forklift an all-rounder that can be used for much more than just Euro pallets. Hydraulic side-shift allows you to move the fork carriage sideways simply and conveniently from the driver's cabin so that the forks can be inserted into pallets.

The steering wheel, with a diameter of 45 cm, is equipped with a spinner knob for easy operation in the tightest spaces. The cabin can be adjusted perfectly to the respective driver: the steering unit is height-adjustable, and the driver's seat can be moved forwards and backwards.

A legally required safety belt ensures safety while driving. 

Safety is further enhanced by the all-round view through the curved rear-view mirror and the rear grab handle with horn function. The latter helps maintain a stable seated position when reversing and provides greater driving comfort and safety. The curved overhead guard and the mesh struts at the correct angle improve upward visibility of the load. The display beside the steering column shows the battery level, speed and hour meter. The ratchet handbrake parks the electric forklift securely.

The forklift's weight is distributed evenly across the 4 pneumatic rubber tyres. The front tyres (23X9-10-16PR) are larger than the rear tyres (18X7-8-14PR), which are controlled by the rear-wheel steering.
