Powerful, energy-efficient and future-orientated

The 80 V / 150 Ah Li-ion battery supplies the electric motors with energy and also improves your company's carbon footprint. The forklift truck's battery technology offers many advantages. A lithium-ion battery is more powerful than the frequently used lead-acid batteries. The energy density is many times higher, which leads to an increased running time. This means that charging the powerful Li-ion battery takes just 6 h. Another advantage is the low maintenance intensity. While lead-acid batteries require regular topping up with distilled water, this is not necessary with lithium-ion batteries. Accordingly, this battery technology saves you both time and a costly and additional aquamatic system, which would also be prone to errors.

Sustainable and durable

The robust front loader, also known as a counterbalance truck, receives its counterweight from the 160 kg battery block. Both the motor and the battery are installed under the driver's seat to save space, thus creating the low centre of gravity required for ideal stability when lifting heavy loads. Goods weighing up to 1.500 kg are easily moved from A to B at a maximum speed of 15 km/h. The electric forklift truck can be used loaded up to an incline of 17 %.

The electronic drive is not only very quiet, but also energy-saving. A full charge of the electric forklift truck takes around 6 h. The current battery charge level can be conveniently read directly from the charger.

Thanks to its compatibility with the 230 V standard mains supply, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. This means that the GSE15/5 can be easily charged at any standard socket. This extends the service life of your battery and increases the performance of your forklift truck. This is perfect for small and medium-sized companies that work in 2-shift operation. The enclosed power cable can be carried with you at all times. This means you can charge your forklift truck wherever a power source is available. Flexibility and mobility are guaranteed with the GSE15/5.

Thanks to the energy-saving LED headlights and signalling lights, working in darker hall areas is also possible.

Exhaust-free, compact and quiet

The electric drive and small dimensions (1.120 mm x 3.350 mm x 2.190 - 5.814 mm) make the forklift truck ideal for indoor use, as it is emission-free and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is also at home outdoors to transport goods and merchandise safely to their destination.

It makes everyday work easier when loading and unloading lorries, containers and transporting goods.

The compact 3-way telescopic mast stores goods steplessly up to a lifting height of 35 - 4.800 mm. It extends in 3 steps with mast heights between 2.190 - 5.814 mm. The small dimensions of the vehicle when the telescopic mast is retracted also make it perfect for unloading inside a 40-foot high cube sea freight container.

Thanks to the rear steering, the GSE15/5 impresses with a small turning radius of 2.035 mm, making it easier to work in confined spaces, e.g. between rows of racking. The travel path requires a minimum width of 3,655 mm. The power steering integrated as standard enables effortless manoeuvring of the forklift truck.

High performance thanks to lithium-ion technology

Compared to conventional electric forklift trucks with lead-acid batteries, the GSE15/5's lithium-ion battery offers many advantages. For example, the charging time is many times shorter. The charging efficiency is also much better. In addition, the number of possible charging cycles until the battery block is taken out of service and therefore the service life increases considerably when a lithium-ion battery is used. The lithium-ion battery of the electric forklift truck also has a particularly high energy density. This is why the service life is also particularly long.

Another major advantage is that lithium-ion batteries are maintenance-free. This eliminates the need for the time-consuming filling of distilled water, which either takes a lot of time or requires an additional aquamatic system.

Convenient operation & good all-round visibility

Getting into the driver's cab is ergonomically designed and with a non-slip step and grab handle, the design also focusses on maximum safety.

The forks are raised, lowered and tilted in a user-friendly manner using the levers next to the steering column. The width of the forks is adjusted manually on the fork mast. This makes the electric forklift truck an all-rounder that can be used for much more than just Euro pallets.

The steering wheel, with a diameter of 45 cm, is equipped with a rotary knob for easy operation in the tightest of spaces. The cab can be easily adapted to suit the driver: Height-adjustable steering unit and forward and rearward adjustable position of the driver's seat.

The seat belt required by law ensures safety when driving.

Another plus in terms of safety: the all-round view via the curved rear-view mirror and the rear handle with horn function. The latter contributes to a stable seating position when reversing and ensures greater driving comfort and safety. The curved shape of the protective roof and the lattice struts with the correct angle improves the view upwards to the load. The display next to the steering column shows the battery status, speed and operating hours counter. The electric forklift truck is parked safely using the ratchet handbrake.

The weight of the forklift truck is evenly distributed over the 4 pneumatic rubber wheels. The front wheels (6.00-9NHS-10PR) are larger than the rear wheels (5.00-8NHS-10PR), which are controlled by the rear steering.

For the use of the electric forklift truck in Germany, a driver's licence L (forklift licence) is required and annual instruction in its use is also mandatory in accordance with § 4 DGUV V1. Please observe national regulations if applicable.

The forklift truck does not have road approval with the listed equipment. Such approval can be obtained by retrofitting the reflective coating, a warning bar and acceptance by an official testing authority.

Please be sure to follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating instructions. It is important not to allow the battery to become deeply discharged under any circumstances. It is therefore recommended that the battery is charged regularly, even when the appliance is not in use.
