We have our shelving, filing racks and other products subjected to annual external quality inspections. This allows us to ensure the consistently high quality of industrial shelving and other products at all times. During the tests, the shelving is tested for load, rigidity and stability. The published load capacity specifications for our shelving are based on the DIN EN 15512 standard. The maximum shelf and bay loads can be found on the load plates included in the scope of delivery.

Technical information on shelving and filing racks
Center distance for shelving racks
The axial dimension indicates the width of a shelf bay and the distance between two uprights. Our shelving units have an axial dimension of 100 cm.
Mounting the base plate

The right support
1. Wooden shelf for shelving racks
The wooden shelf support is 100 cm wide and has a shelf thickness of 16 mm. This shelf is noise-absorbing and can also be used on both sides.
2. Steel shelf for shelving racks
The steel shelf support is 100 cm wide and impresses with its robust construction. The easily wipeable surface also guarantees easy maintenance.

With four different heights between 1.8 and 3 m, a freely selectable number of levels and an almost unlimited installation width, the FB200 modular shelving system has the adaptability you need. This means it fits into almost any warehouse. You can also choose between steel shelves and wooden shelves for insertion when you buy your shelving from us. Both materials offer their own individual advantages.
The simple plug-in system makes it easy to assemble the shelving racks. An upright consists of two galvanized upright profiles. These in turn are connected to another upright by means of a crossbar, which you hook into the recesses to ensure the necessary stability. Whether steel flooring or wooden flooring - once a level has been inserted, this provides the structure with additional stability. The base plates at the end of each upright profile are firmly screwed to them. This gives you a maximum shelf load of 200 kg and a point load per upright of 500 kg if you buy the FB200 shelving system. You can choose between a depth of 30 and 50 cm for the shelving unit to create the ideal storage space for you.
Buy a stand-alone solution with the FB500 shelving unit
Shelving racks have to meet various requirements. They differ in terms of crossbeam length, height, shelf and width. A special factor for storage shelving is the load. A distinction must be made between bay load, shelf load and point load. The bay load describes the weight that can be applied between two uprights. The point load is the weight that lies on an upright profile and therefore rests on the floor at one point. The shelf load lies in between. This describes the load that may be applied to one level.
The modular shelving system from TOPREGAL GmbH has a shelf load of 200 kg. In most applications, this is absolutely sufficient. However, this shelving system is not always the right choice for particularly heavy goods, as permanent deformation of the structure, including breakage, is possible. The FB500 stand-alone shelf solves this challenge. With a shelf load of 500 kg, you can also store heavy items. The shelf depths of between 45 and 60 cm in this shelving unit also provide sufficient space for deeper goods in your warehouse. The FB500 shelving system is therefore a useful addition to our product portfolio and your warehouse.

Numerous and often opaque legal requirements must be met for file shelving, shelving racks and other storage technology products. All our shelving is tested in accordance with DGUV: 108-007. You will receive a suitable load plate for each shelf, which you attach visibly to the shelf.
