All data refer to evenly distributed loads. When loading your shelving unit, the shelf load and bay load must not be exceeded. The customer shall be obliged to observe the rules set out therein for assembly and selection of a suitable assembly location, in particular the examination of the floor conditions and loading. In the case of adjacent pedestrian traffic and other traffic routes, the outermost uprights must be at least 500 mm higher than the top storage level in order to protect against falling stored goods. For this purpose, you can configure an end stand elevation in the first and last field.

A warehouse is being newly set up, extended or a move is pending? With the practical online pallet rack configurator you can plan the number of pallet racks in advance: define the width of the rack, the height and the number of levels of the cross beams. These levels can optionally be fitted directly with coverings - here, wood, steel or grating levels can be selected in the drop-down selection field.
No matter whether one-sided pallet racking or double-sided. At the push of a button you can double your planning, adjust the maximum possible load on the Euro pallet or specify the shelf depth. The online configurator immediately calculates the possible number of europallets and adjusts the display in the header of the planning sketch.
At the top of each shelf panel, adjustments are made to the entire shelf - if an individual layer needs to be changed, a pencil will appear on the corresponding layer to open an editing window. Impact protection/ collision protection for your online planned pallet rack can be found in the lower rack editing symbol. If you want to increase the height of the shelf head sections by 50cm, select the end column height at the outer shelf bays.
An additional shelf field can be added just as easily as one removed or the entire planning can be transferred to the shopping cart. With the trashcan symbol you reset the entire planning to its original state and you can plan another individual pallet racking system online. For later saving, your colleague or supervisor can easily share your planning with the share function above the planning sketch. The generated link can then be sent by e-mail or saved for later
