The TOPREGAL pallet racks PR9000 not only offer an extra-high load capacity but also feature a modular and flexible design. This complete solution is tested at a max. load of 3.000 kg per cross beam level in accordance with DIN EN 15512. It therefore has a max. unit load capacity of 9.000 kg and can be loaded with 1.000 kg per pallet.

The beams are powder-coated in bright orange for safety in the workplace. They are simply attached to the rack uprights thanks to the plug-in design. Additional safety pins ensure safety by preventing the cross beam from being accidentally lifted out. The pallet rack uprights are made from two powder-coated upright profiles in blue. The front and rear upright profiles are screwed together with cross struts and diagonal struts for extra stability. For additional security, 2 foot plates per rack upright are mounted at the bottom ends and secured to the floor using  bolt anchors. This means our modular pallet racking can be customised while also being highly secure as it is fixed to the floor.

Modular design for customisation

The flexibility of the racking is an extremely interesting feature. The cross beams can be attached at any height in increments of 50 mm to create different sizes of shelf compartment. Our configurator also allows you to combine different compartment widths and racking heights to meet individual needs. Attachments in the form of additional shelf compartments measuring 180 cm, 270 cm and 360 cm wide or a worktable can be added later. It is also possible to attach additional levels at individual heights.

It’s no secret that TOPREGAL is confident in its pallet racking. For every rack we sell, we offer a five-year guarantee.

The optimal rack layer

The practical wooden boards are made of 38 mm-thick chipboard panels, which are attached to the beams using four Z-plates. These robust shelf supports hold a total weight of 1.500 kg with an even load distribution; this load capacity can be increased with support bars. Wooden boards are therefore a low-cost alternative to more expensive steel boards and mesh shelves. When loading your pallet rack, please observe the maximum shelf and unit loads specified.

This complete solution with dimensions of 5,7 m x 110 cm x 4 m allows pallets and storage cages to be easily taken into and out of storage.

Quick and easy assembly

All assembly material such as nuts, screws, bolt anchors, foot plates and all small parts required for assembly are included in the price and delivery. If you have any problems with the design or testing of your new pallet racking, we also offer professional rack assembly and inspection in accordance with DIN EN 15635.

Safety & protection equipment and useful accessories for this type of rack, such as collision protection, galvanised mesh shelves or push-through protection, can be found in our webshop.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about the product
What is the difference between PR4500, PR9000 & PR15000?

Our 3 pallet rack models PR4500, PR9000 & PR15000 differ mainly in the load capacity for light, medium & heavy loads. Here the material thickness and dimensions of e.g. the upright profile, cross beams and foot plates differ. The construction of the three models is identical and our accessories are compatible with each other.

The model designation refers to the maximum field load of the individual systems:

  • Pallet rack PR4500 - Bay load (max.): 4500 kg / Shelf load (max.): 1500 kg
  • Pallet rack PR9000 - Bay load (max.): 9000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 3000 kg
  • Pallet rack PR15000 - Bay load (max.): 15000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 4500 kg

This corresponds to a maximum load per pallet of 500 / 1000 / 1500 kg.

What payment options are available?

We offer among others the following payment methods:

  • ProForma Invoice
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Paypal

For more information on how to process each payment method, please see our detailed page.

What is the steel thickness of the trusses?

The steel thickness of the cross beams for pallet racks is 1.5 mm.

How are the shelf supports mounted?

The individual shelf upright profiles are assembled with the correct number of cross and diagonal braces, foot plates and the appropriate assembly material.

You can find a detailed description of a shelf upright assembly in our assembly instructions.

Here you will find our overview of the individual parts.

What is the steel thickness?

The steel thickness of our pallet racks PR4500 and PR9000 is:

Steel S-355 JR (CRD - Coldrolled steel) 80 mm W x 70 mm D x 1.5 mm material thickness.

The steel thickness of our pallet rack PR15000 is:

Steel S-355 JR (CRD - coldrolled steel), 100 mm W x 70 mm D x 2 mm material thickness.

Do I get the shelf stands in other heights?

We offer you the common heights from 200 cm to 750 cm. For individual heights, the shelf supports are cut to size on request or manufactured individually according to your requirements.

What do I need to unload the goods and how will they be delivered?

The goods are usually delivered on a truck with side unloading. In this case, the shipment must be unloaded from the vehicle with the help of a forklift or a lifting device with sufficient lifting height. Alternatively, the goods can also be picked up manually from the vehicle.

You can find detailed information about the shipping process here.

Is it necessary to fix my shelves in the floor or on the wall?

Our racks must not be fixed to the wall. According to the standards DGUV 108-007, DIN EN 15512 and DIN EN 15635, floor anchoring of pallet racks is mandatory. For storage racks, floor anchoring is required if the depth/height ratio is greater than 5:1. If the ratio is less than this, no fastening is required. Please note: Our spacers are exclusively intended for parallel positioning of our racks.

What is the field load and what is the shelf load?

The bay load (C) is the total load-bearing capacity of a shelf bay / the load between two shelf uprights. Your own weight does not count here.
The maximum weight that rests on the individual shelf / rack is called the shelf load (B). The sum of the shelf loads must not exceed the bay load.
Point load (A) are the forces acting on the floor in a point-like manner, also known as individual load.

Regal Fachlast

Can I arrange the individual shelves of the pallet racks freely in height?

The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as desired in a grid spacing of 5 cm.
