Our payment methods in detail
ProForma Invoice (minus 2 % discount)
We will send you a ProForma invoice by e-mail. After receipt of payment, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. Alternatively, you can send us a remittance slip to speed up the process. After delivery of the goods you will receive a final PDF invoice for your records.
Invoice
Dependant upon circumstances, we are able to offer Credit Accounts to carefully screened Limited Company and Public Sector organisations. Please enquire as to the possibility of opening a Credit Account, which will be subject to a search with a recognised UK credit reference agency, and we will send you the relevant application form together with the quotation for your goods.
Paypal
With the payment condition PayPal the payment is processed during the order process. For this you need a PayPal account where you log in during the order process and pay the amount directly or, if PayPal offers payment by installments, select payment options. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/the shipping company immediately.
Credit card
In the case of credit card payment, the payment is processed during the order process. Immediately after the order is placed, the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) indicated will be charged with the invoice amount. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of the order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. The transmission of your credit card data is carried out by TLS (Transport Layer Security), the successor of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure. In case of a return, a credit will be made to the credit card account.
Leasing
For machinery orders in excess of £ 1,000 (ex VAT), there is an option to provide Finance for this purchase via our partner Propel Finance. Please note, that leasing is not available for non-machinery e.g. racking, shelters, prefab offices and so on. If in doubt if your product is available for leasing, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you so wish, we will make an introduction and a business advisor from Propel will contact you direct with possible options as to how you could finance the purchase quotation that we send you. The relationship would be between your company and Propel exclusively, and TOPREGAL makes no recommendation as to suitability, nor gain from such introductions.
