The TOPREGAL pallet racks PR9000 impress not only with their particularly high load capacity, but also with their modular and flexible design. This complete package has been tested according to EN 15512 for a maximum load of 3.000 kg per beam level and therefore has a maximum bay load of 9.000 kg; each pallet can be loaded with 1.000 kg.
The beams are powder-coated in striking orange to ensure safety at the workplace. They are simply hooked into the rack uprights using the plug-in system. Additional locking pins protect the beam from being accidentally lifted out and provide extra safety. The pallet racking frames consist of two blue powder-coated upright profiles. The front and rear upright profiles are bolted together with horizontal and diagonal braces, providing particularly high stability. To further ensure stability, 2 foot plates are mounted at the lower ends of each rack upright and firmly anchored to the floor with anchor bolts. This makes our modular pallet rack not only customisable, but also particularly safe thanks to its secure anchoring in the ground.
Customisable thanks to modular design
The flexibility of the racks is particularly impressive. The beams can be hooked in individually at a grid spacing of 50 mm to create rack bays of different sizes. Our configurator also allows you to combine different bay widths and rack heights to meet your individual requirements. Additional bays with widths of 180 cm, 270 cm and 360 cm or a workbench can also be added later. Further levels can likewise be added in height.

The optimal storage surface
The practical wooden floors consist of 38 mm chipboard panels, which are hooked into the beams using 4 Z-brackets. These stable rack floors can hold a total weight of 1.500 kg with evenly distributed loading; their load capacity can be increased with depth supports. This makes the wooden floor the cost-effective alternative to more expensive steel floors and gratings. When loading your pallet rack, please observe the specified maximum shelf and bay loads.
This complete package, measuring 5,7 m x 110 cm x 3 m, allows pallets and mesh boxes to be stored and retrieved with ease.
Quick and easy assembly
All mounting materials, such as nuts, screws, anchor bolts, base plates and all small parts required for assembly, are included in the price and delivery. If you experience problems assembling or inspecting your new pallet rack, we also offer professional rack assembly and rack inspections in accordance with DIN EN 15635.

The steel thickness of the cross beams for pallet racks is 1.5 mm.
The individual shelf upright profiles are assembled with the correct number of cross and diagonal braces, foot plates and the appropriate assembly material.

The steel thickness of our pallet rack PR15000 is:
Steel S-355 JR (CRD - coldrolled steel), 100 mm W x 70 mm D x 2 mm material thickness.
We offer you the common heights from 200 cm to 750 cm. For individual heights, the shelf supports are cut to size on request or manufactured individually according to your requirements.
The goods are usually delivered on a truck with side unloading. In this case, the shipment must be unloaded from the vehicle with the help of a forklift or a lifting device with sufficient lifting height. Alternatively, the goods can also be picked up manually from the vehicle.

Our racks must not be fixed to the wall. According to the standards DGUV 108-007, DIN EN 15512 and DIN EN 15635, floor anchoring of pallet racks is mandatory. For storage racks, floor anchoring is required if the depth/height ratio is greater than 5:1. If the ratio is less than this, no fastening is required. Please note: Our spacers are exclusively intended for parallel positioning of our racks.
Our 3 pallet rack models PR4500, PR9000 & PR15000 differ mainly in the load capacity for light, medium & heavy loads. Here the material thickness and dimensions of e.g. the upright profile, cross beams and foot plates differ. The construction of the three models is identical and our accessories are compatible with each other.
The model designation refers to the maximum field load of the individual systems:
- Pallet rack PR4500 - Bay load (max.): 4500 kg / Shelf load (max.): 1500 kg
- Pallet rack PR9000 - Bay load (max.): 9000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 3000 kg
- Pallet rack PR15000 - Bay load (max.): 15000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 4500 kg
This corresponds to a maximum load per pallet of 500 / 1000 / 1500 kg.
The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as desired in a grid spacing of 5 cm.
The bay load (C) is the total load-bearing capacity of a shelf bay / the load between two shelf uprights. Your own weight does not count here.
The maximum weight that rests on the individual shelf / rack is called the shelf load (B). The sum of the shelf loads must not exceed the bay load.
Point load (A) are the forces acting on the floor in a point-like manner, also known as individual load.
