Long span racks from TOPREGAL: high load capacity, flexible configuration
The storage racks from TOPREGAL meet every requirement thanks to their stability and versatility. Our long span racks impress with a field load (total load evenly distributed between 2 uprights) of 2.000 kg and a shelf load of 500 kg. This means you can store a wide range of goods, including bulky and heavy items, without any problems.
In addition, the TOPREGAL storage racks have been tested for stability, rigidity and load-bearing capacity in accordance with the stringent German safety standard DGUV 208-061 and feature 5-year warranty.
The rack can be assembled in just a few steps. Thanks to the simple plug-in system, the beams can be individually positioned on a grid of 50 mm and secured with safety pins. The modular system of our storage racks also allows the rack to be extended at any time in width and in the number of levels. This rack type also impresses with its attractive appearance, orange beams and blue uprights, as well as its durable and stable construction.
The optimal storage surface for your application
The 25 mm-thick wooden floor for warehouse rack LR2000 is ideal for storing dry goods such as cartons or storage boxes and is simply placed into the stepped beam. The maximum load per floor is 500 kg.
Practical dimensions, easy assembly
This warehouse rack impresses with its height of 2 m, depth of 60 cm and width of 3,5 m. Each of the 4 levels has a maximum load of 500 kg; the maximum load between two uprights (the bay load) of 2.000 kg must not be exceeded. These figures always refer to evenly distributed loads on the racks. Thanks to the plug-in system, assembly is quick and straightforward. The wide-span shelving from TOPREGAL is also available with a comprehensive range of individual parts and accessories, such as rack uprights, beams, magnetic strips and storage bins.
All assembly material required is included in the delivery.

All data refer to evenly distributed loads. When loaded, the shelf load and field load must not be exceeded. In principle, the current guidelines on safety and health at work (german DGUV Rule 208-061) apply during use. TOPREGAL accepts no liability for accidents/damage caused by improper use. Our expert advisory team will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Dimensions given are approximate and may deviate by a few centimetres. Contact us if you need the exact dimensions for your desired product.
We offer you our storage rack in the depths 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm and in 120 cm.
For an overview of the shelf stands with the heights and depths we offer click here.
The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as desired in a grid spacing of 5 cm.
The number of levels depends on the height / weight of your stored goods. A prerequisite is always the even distribution of the loads (shelf load: max. 500 kg, bay load 2000 kg - storage rack).
Fixing our racks to the wall is not permitted.
Pallet racks must be anchored to the floor according to DIN EN 15512 & DIN EN 15635.
Storage racks must be fixed to the floor from a depth / height ratio greater than 5:1. Below this no anchoring is required.
Our spacers are used exclusively for the parallel positioning of our shelves.
The maximum weight that a rack can carry in total is called the bay load (C). However, the rack's own weight does not count towards this (the storage rack has a bay load of 2000 kg).
The maximum weight that can be carried by a single shelf is called the shelf load (B) (the storage rack has a maximum shelf load of 500 kg).
The sum of the shelf loads (B), however, must not exceed the bay load (C). A prerequisite (for the weight specifications) is basically the even distribution of the loads. Point loads (A) are the forces acting on the floor at one point, also known as concentrated loads.
The figure shows point load (A), shelf load (B) and bay load (C) using the example of a storage rack.

Of course, we also offer shelves in customised dimensions. Please send an enquiry to [email protected], or contact us by calling our customer hotline 01495 707222.
