This fully configured heavy-duty shelf in a galvanised finish is quick and easy to assemble thanks to its simple plug-in system. The modular design allows this rack type to be customised. At the outset, you can freely choose the distribution of the shelves and therefore the size of the rack bays in a grid of 50 mm. The heavy-duty shelf can also be expanded at any time with additional levels in height and additional bays in width.
This shelving unit has an exceptionally high load capacity. Each shelf can carry up to 200 kg. The maximum bay load, corresponding to the evenly distributed total load between two uprights, is as high as 1.000 kg. The low-cost wooden shelves are placed on 2 longitudinal and 2 transverse beams each to increase their load capacity.
For this type of rack, the beams serve as shelf supports. The integrated step makes it easy to insert the shelves. They have a standard length of 100 cm and therefore fit perfectly into the compartments of the shelving unit. With its 4 levels, this rack can be assembled quickly and easily.
