Increase load capacity with depth bars

Using depth bars increases the load capacity of the shelf.
The depth bars are hooked in across the beams, and the shelf is then placed on top of the depth bars and beams.
One depth bar increases the load capacity by 600 kg.
It is important not to exceed the maximum shelf load of the beams.

The 1.100 mm support bar is suitable for use in a 1.100 mm deep pallet rack.

Calculation example with wooden shelf insert:

Bay length 180 cm + 1 support bar = 1500 kg + 600 kg = 2000 kg shelf load, since the maximum shelf load of the beams must not be exceeded.

Bay length 270 cm + 1 support bar = 1500 kg + 600 kg = 2100 kg shelf load

Bay length 270 cm + 2 support bars = 1500 kg + 1200 kg = 2700 kg shelf load

Bay length 270 cm + 3 support bars = 1500 kg + 1800 kg = 3000 kg shelf load, since the maximum shelf load of the beams must not be exceeded.
