Overview of the PR9000 pallet-rack uprights
A complete rack upright consists of cold-rolled upright profiles in U-shape with outwardly bent ends plus the cross and diagonal braces in the form of C-profiles.
Bay, shelf and point load
Shelf load max. 3000KG
- With evenly distributed load per beam level
- Maximum shelf load depends on beam length
Beam dimensions
Point load per base plate
max. 4500KG
- Forces acting on the floor as a point load
Technical information
Anchoring the base plate to the floor
The floor is anchored using M12x100 bolt anchors
- For this purpose, the appropriate holes are first drilled with a suitable drill (12cm diameter).
- The bolt anchor is hammered in with the base-plate bracket.
- Finally, the nut is fastened.
- This anchors the rack securely and sufficiently.
Please note: The bolt anchors must be secured correctly by a qualified person.
Our in-house assembly team will be happy to professionally assemble your racks.
Bay lengths
- The bay length describes the width of a rack bay as well as the distance between two pallet rack uprights.
- Bay lengths are available in 180 cm, 270 cm and 360 cm.
- The different bay lengths can be freely combined.
- Configure your pallet rack individually with your desired bay lengths. Our racks are also expandable at any time due to the modular construction.
Technical information
Installing the beams
Required components:
Preassembled rack upright, beam and locking pin

Back-to-back rack rows
For space-saving installation of your pallet-racking system, we recommend positioning two racks parallel and back to back.
In this case, it is advisable to connect the racks with spacers so that they can be aligned correctly and gain additional stability.
To prevent the rear pallet from being pushed out during loading, we recommend fitting push-through protection to one side of the back-to-back rack row.

Push-through protection
The push-through protection prevents the pallets from accidentally shifting or falling to the rear.
Bolt-on plates as well as screws for fastening to the racking system are included in the price and can be supplied for use with all common pallet racking systems.
The push-through protection is part of the safety-related accessories for pallet racks. These components are fitted to the sides of the racks not intended for loading or unloading. They are required by law where members of the public have access behind the rack or where racks are installed in parallel.
Regulations in accordance with DIN EN 15635 and DGUV 108-007
Collision protection for racking systems

Collision protection to prevent possible damage to the rack uprights.
In areas where forklifts operate, corners must be fitted with collision protection in accordance with DIN EN 15365 & DGUV 108-007.
Our collision protection has been tested and certified in accordance with DGUV 108-007 (formerly BGR234). These are German requirements; the applicable local requirements must be checked.
Each collision-protection unit is supplied with four M12x100mm bolt anchors for fixing to the floor.

Pallet-rack storage technology from TOPREGAL
We sell only new pallet racks tested according to DIN EN 15512, which meet all legal requirements.
The pallet rack consists of uprights (incl. braces, base plates) and beams on which the stored goods are stored. The beams, powder-coated in pure orange RAL 2004, are hooked into the pallet rack uprights in a simple plug-in construction and secured with locking pins. The height of the beams can be adjusted individually in 80 mm increments. The load capacity per Euro pallet is 1000 kg - this corresponds to a shelf load of 3000 kg (load capacity per level). In our standard range we have pallet rack beams in 180 cm (for 2 Euro pallets), 270 cm (for 3 Euro pallets) and 360 cm (for 4 Euro pallets). Other bay lengths are available on request. The pallet-rack uprights, powder-coated in signal blue RAL 5005, consist of front and rear upright profiles bolted together with cross and diagonal braces, plus 2 galvanised base plates secured to the floor with bolt anchors The standard depth of the pallet rack uprights is 110 cm. This depth is used for longitudinal storage of Euro pallets. However, we also offer a depth of 80 cm for our pallet racks, for example to store disposable pallets or other goods. The bay load (load capacity between 2 uprights) is 9000 kg. In our standard range we have heights from 200 cm – 550 cm. On request we also offer pallet racks up to 7.5 m high, which can be supplied with higher bay loads.
