Flexible and efficient
Modern working environments increasingly need flexible space solutions for efficient working methods. Sprawling areas, such as warehouses and production halls, present logistical challenges for large corporations. "Easy-to-erect and modular hall offices, used as workstations or retreats for planning and meetings, offer privacy even in large workshops, creating flexible room-in-room solutions," reports Jürgen Effner, Managing Director of TOPREGAL GmbH. "Reception of customers and business partners, staff meetings and processing of administrative tasks are thus carried out directly in the production or storage facility."
A flexible mobile solution is needed
As an expert in warehouse and office furnishings, TOPREGAL offers hall offices that can be set up particularly quickly thanks to cleverly designed click technology and easily expanded if necessary or taken along when moving. It is possible to erect several offices directly in the hall modularly next to each other. This creates separate and quickly accessible recreation or office rooms that shorten walking distances, save employees' time and promote their rapid regeneration. Double-glazed windows with integrated ventilation provide sufficient air circulation with oxygen supply and also ensure undisturbed conversations and telephone calls. The lockable room provides security and cleanliness for planning or organizational work. Employees use the magnetic surfaces to hang up work plans, order forms, invoices or construction plans without leaving any residue. Components such as sockets, light switches and LED lights on the ceiling are included in the delivery.
Easy to configure online
With the hall office configurator, individually designed offices in various sizes can be easily created online and customized in the number of window panels, doors, lights and ceiling elements. In addition to standard windows, there is also a choice of studio windows, which, thanks to the enlarged glass surface, allow much more light to enter the hall office and expand the field of view of the warehouse or production hall in a visually appealing way. 2.5 meters room height and 3 meters room depth are specified, the room width is variable from the minimum size of 2 meters. In the future, TOPREGAL is planning further variants, such as two- or three-sided hall offices with different depths. The individual panels are connected by a tongue and groove principle without a fixed steel frame. Since production locations or spatial conditions can change, the offices thus offer the flexibility to be dismantled, converted or moved to a new location at any time. "Anyone can easily set up a hall office themselves. The only tool required is a standard cordless screwdriver," says Jürgen Effner. "Only the connection of the electrics must be carried out by a specialist." On request, TOPREGAL offers an additional installation, which is usually carried out in 2-4 hours. In most cases, all hall offices are delivered within a few days.
