The scissor roller conveyor FRB-P5 from TecMaschin is the ideal, cost-effective entry-level solution for unpowered goods transport. It is ideal for confined spaces or locations where fixed conveyor lines cannot be installed, and allows you to adapt it to your individual requirements. The roller conveyor can be extended to up to 4.700 mm. It can also be configured into curves, allowing goods to be guided flexibly and effortlessly to the desired loading position while reducing physical effort.
Thanks to the height-adjustable feet (700 - 1.000 mm), the incline of the roller conveyor can be adjusted quickly and easily, enabling packages to be transported even on sloping or stepped surfaces. Loading and unloading transport vehicles is also easier because differences in height can be overcome without difficulty. Handling is particularly simple and flexible thanks to the compact dimensions (1.920 - 4.700 mm x 750 mm x 700 mm) when retracted, as well as the swivel castors and brakes. The folding handle at one end of the roller conveyor makes handling even easier. The durable ABS rollers are particularly lightweight compared with steel rollers, so the roller conveyor weighs only 97 kg. The FRB-P5 may be loaded with a maximum of 40 kg/m².
Applications
The roller conveyor FRB-P5 can be used flexibly in many applications across a wide range of industries, such as parcel and courier services, mail-order businesses and the packaging industry.
Ideally suited for loading and unloading lorries and swap bodies, or as relief conveyor sections during peak periods and for emergency scenarios.
Info: To ensure optimum conveying, goods should rest on at least 3 load-bearing rollers and have a smooth base.
For all items in the shop - which are not consumables - we grant a warranty of 1 year. This warranty is valid from the date of invoice and covers material, processing or construction defects. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper handling or unauthorized modification is not covered by the warranty. On articles with batteries and / or accumulators we grant a voluntary functional guarantee of 6 months from the date of purchase on the batteries / accumulators .
Exceptions are our heavy duty shelves incl. single parts. Here we grant a 5 year warranty.
