The SolidHub semi-electric pallet stacker HSE1000/3 is equipped with an electric lifting motor and is ideal for smaller businesses loading and unloading goods from storage. This manoeuvrable and stable high-lift pallet truck is a cost-effective alternative to a forklift when stacking operations (85 - 3.000 mm) and loading and unloading are only carried out occasionally. The forks of this SolidHub entry-level model can be locked at any width and quickly adjusted to the required spacing when needed. Simply lift them by hand and move them on the fork holder. The load capacity of 1.000 kg enables Euro pallets to be lifted and transported over short distances without difficulty. The goods are lifted with minimal physical effort by the electric lifting motor permanently installed in the chassis, and are then moved manually. A button on the vehicle housing controls the lifting and lowering of the pallet. If you need to cover longer distances or inclines, we recommend the fully electric stacker truck HE1200/3, as unlike this semi-electric stacker, it also provides electric assistance during transport. Ergonomically positioned guide handles on the tiller make pushing and manoeuvring considerably easier in everyday work. The dimensions of the SolidHub semi-electric stacker are ideal for use in a relatively small warehouse or production area with narrow aisles. The integrated motor (1,5 kW) delivers the following speeds:

The Lead-acid battery is maintenance-free and is charged from any standard 230 V socket using the integrated charger. The battery has a capacity of 120 Ah and a voltage of 12 V. The red emergency stop button on the vehicle housing cuts off the device's power supply and stops the motor immediately. With a fully charged battery, you can operate the semi-electric high-lift pallet truck continuously for approximately 4 h without difficulty. When the battery is completely discharged, charging takes around 6 h. The HSE1000/3 is splash-proof, but is not suitable for extended use in damp and cool rooms. The mechanical parking brakes on the steering castors provide a secure, stable position when lifting and lowering goods. Foot guards on the steering castors offer users additional safety. The smooth-running, highly manoeuvrable castors made of PU with high-quality ball bearings are part of the standard equipment of the SolidHub HSE1000/3. These castors are highly abrasion-resistant and provide very good floor grip. Please check the load-bearing capacity of your floor before using the HSE1000/3. Good to know: Warehouse employees do not need any special training or a forklift certificate for this. An introduction to handling the lifting equipment is sufficient. Naturally, the legal regulations must be observed and complied with when working with the SolidHub pallet truck HSE1000/3.

Before commissioning, check the national regulations applicable in the country of use. The operator is responsible for commissioning the equipment and for ensuring that suitable personnel are available for its operation.

IMPORTANT—handling the battery:
Please strictly follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating manual. It is essential never to allow the battery to become deeply discharged. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the device is not being used.
