The HWE2000-2: the affordable entry-level model

The fully electric pump truck HWE2000-2, with a lifting capacity of up to 2.000 kg, is ideally equipped for your warehouse. Unlike other entry-level electric pallet trucks, this model is electric not only when driving forwards and backwards, but also when lifting. This eliminates the tedious and time-consuming manual pumping required to raise stored goods. At the touch of a button on the tiller, the Euro pallet or pallet cage is lifted with minimal effort. The speed of the pallet truck (max. 4,5 km/h) can be conveniently and continuously controlled using the practical, ergonomically shaped toggle switch on the tiller. When the toggle switch is released or deliberately set to the zero position, the pallet truck automatically brakes. This not only makes the pallet truck easier to handle, but is also an important safety function. The electromagnetic brake prevents uncontrolled rolling away and thus helps to avoid accidents.
The HWE2000-2 is therefore the affordable entry-level model and is ideally suited to smaller businesses.

Agile and lightweight transport of goods in the warehouse and to customers

With a load capacity of up to 2.000 kg, the SolidHub electric hand pallet truck transports stored goods and finished products without difficulty. The low weight of 150 kg and its slim design, with a width of 550 mm, play a key role in its manoeuvrability and flexibility. This results in a very small turning radius of 1.345 mm, making it easy to manoeuvre in confined spaces, between narrow storage racks, when loading lorries or in freight lifts. Pallets can be moved across the loading platform, unloaded via the tail lift and delivered right to the customer's door. The excellent control function of the toggle switch moves the electric pallet truck at minimal speed and with high precision, even in stressful situations and confined spaces.

HWE2000-2 is built to be extremely robust, making it a sustainable investment for your company.  The drive wheels, together with the polyurethane tandem fork rollers, overcome small edges without damage, combining quiet travel with maximum load capacity and service life. The robust steel housing not only protects the drive unit, but also provides additional protection for the feet thanks to the small distance from the floor.

The fork length of 1.150 mm is ideal for transporting Euro pallets. However, all other common pallet sizes can also be transported with this pallet truck. The rounded fork tips make it easier to pick up pallets.

Good performance and powerful drive from the 48 V lithium-ion battery

The powerful lithium-ion battery from SolidHub is the heart and drive of HWE2000-2.  The intelligent charging system prevents overcharging during the device's simple charging process. This not only extends the battery's service life, but also prevents heat from building up during charging. The battery charge can be read easily and conveniently on the device housing, so you always know when the next charge is required. 
With uninterrupted use of the electric pallet truck, the battery capacity is 1,5 h. Once the pallet truck has been used and the battery is empty, it is simply connected to the charging station. After 2,5 h, the battery is fully ready for use again and the machine can continue transporting goods with power and agility.

Pro tip:

We recommend switching off the lifting device during longer periods of inactivity to save energy. This increases the operating time of the low-level vehicle and reduces unwanted downtime. 

Good to know:

Warehouse employees do not need any special training or a forklift licence to operate the HWE2000-2. An introduction to handling the lifting device is sufficient. Naturally, the applicable legal requirements must be observed and complied with when working with the SolidHub electric pallet truck HWE2000-2.

Before commissioning, check the national regulations applicable in the country of use. The operator is responsible for commissioning the equipment and for ensuring that suitable personnel are available for its operation.

IMPORTANT—handling the battery:
Please strictly follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating manual. It is essential never to allow the battery to become deeply discharged. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the device is not being used.
