Soil properties
Soil properties are the condition of a floor, e.g. the structure (smooth, rough, paved), the material (tiles, concrete) or the presence of unevenness, if any. In storage, the condition of the floor is an important factor in determining the field load. The bay load is the maximum weight that a racking unit may carry in total - not including the weight of the racking unit itself.
