Mobile customisable rack: flexible and expandable
This complete, mobile and freely configurable rack is designed for the convenient storage and transport of goods, parcels, small parts, liquids, tyres, rims and other general cargo. We offer the right decking for every requirement. You can choose between a wooden shelf insert, steel decking, wire mesh, a multiplex board or a wooden sloping shelf. Alternatively, you can configure the rack without decking.
The external dimension is 2,3 m. The usable decking area (internal dimension) is 10 cm narrower and corresponds to the selected rack beam length. You can conveniently store your goods on the 5 levels. These must not exceed a maximum load of 500 kg per bay and 500 kg per shelf. These values always refer to evenly distributed loads.
Easy to assemble and quick to transport
The rack beams (powder-coated in orange) are hung in the uprights using a simple push-fit assembly system and secured with safety pins to prevent accidental lifting out. They can also be individually adjusted in height in increments of 50 mm.
A mobile racking frame (powder-coated in blue) consists of a front and a rear upright profile, as well as 2 movable castors fitted with locking brakes. The rack uprights are finished at the top with two specially made covers to improve occupational safety and create flush corners and edges. The cover is simply clipped on and is therefore easy to secure.
The working height of the mobile, freely configurable rack can be individually adjusted in increments of 50 mm and ranges from 1.740 - 2.140 mm. To do this, simply adjust the insertion height of the upright at the foot section.
The complete rack is fitted with 4 movable castors with locking brakes, making it suitable for mobile use. This mobile rack is designed specifically for commercial and industrial operations and is suitable for a wide range of working conditions.
Thanks to the modular design of our racks, it can be expanded at any time by adding further rack beam levels and adapted to your requirements by inserting various decking types.
All assembly materials, such as screws, nuts and all small parts required for assembly, are included in the price and delivery.
