Large machine, sophisticated brush system

The ride on vacuum cleaner AKM80 achieves high area coverage thanks to its sophisticated brush system. This is made possible in part by the two side brushes attached to the floor cleaner, each with a diameter of 220 mm. The brushes are arranged on the machine so that together they cover a total width of 125 cm and, at high rotational speed, move dirt from the side of the floor-cleaning unit towards the centre, where the large main cleaning brush collects it.

With this arrangement and the relatively small diameter of the two side brushes, edges and corners can be easily reached and cleaned despite the size of the machine. The brushes, made from a mixture of PBT + PP, are also designed to be extremely robust and durable, making them a good investment for your cleaning needs. The solid brush disc is also very stable, reducing damage caused by falls and impacts.

Small brush, quick replacement

The simple suspension and the size of the brushes allow them to be replaced quickly in just a few steps. All that is needed is to loosen the screws on the top of a brush and then remove the brush. Installation is just as easy.
