Cantilever Racks Top seller
Combining cantilevers of different models, such as between KR3000 and KR6000, is technically not feasible. However, a mixture of different arm lengths, for example 50 cm and 100 cm, is certainly feasible. The important thing here is that the cantilever arms do not protrude beyond the cantilever feet. A combination of 50 cm and 100 cm cantilever arms would require a shelf upright with a depth of 100 cm.
Depending on the type of cantilever racking, our cantilever bays are available in painted and hot-dip galvanized versions (both versions for the KR3000 / KR6000).
The individual cross and diagonal braces are mounted to the bracket of the shelf uprights with the corresponding hexagon bolts, hexagon nuts and washers.
Depending on the height of your shelves, the number of struts (cross and diagonal struts) varies.
You will find the appropriate number of braces in the article description and in the assembly instructions.
The axial dimension is the internal dimension between two shelf uprights. Depending on the cantilever type, we offer these fields in 120 cm (KR2500) and in 100 cm / 150 cm (KR3000 / KR6000).
A rubber strip on cantilever racks is primarily used to protect your stored goods and the cantilevers from potential damage. No additional assembly is required to attach them. The rubber strips are simply glued directly to the desired cantilever arm. For our models KR3000 and KR6000 we offer special matching rubber strips.
Available bay sizes vary depending on the specific cantilever rack model:
- KR2500: Provides bays 120 cm wide, bracing included.
- KR3000: Offers bays in 100 cm and 150 cm sizes, both including bracing. These are also available in a hot-dip galvanized version.
- KR6000: This model also offers 100 cm and 150 cm bays with bracing and is available in a hot-dip galvanized version.
The scope of delivery includes the appropriate number of screws for cantilever racking assembly. The following screws are used for a cantilever racking system:
Bolt anchor, hexagonal bolts / nuts, washer, compensation wedge etc.
With certain models of our cantilever racks you can flexibly adjust the height of the cantilever arms. The KR3000 and KR6000 models offer the possibility to adjust the cantilever arms individually in 5 cm steps. In contrast, the arms of the KR2500 system are permanently welded and do not allow any height adjustment.
Cantilever racking is ideal for the storage of long goods, e.g. wooden beams, steel profiles, pipes and much more. You can additionally equip the cantilever racking with wooden or grating floors, so that the storage of other stored goods is also possible.
Cantilever racking is always fixed by anchoring it to the ground.
A combination of KR3000 and KR6000 is not possible.
Only a combination of the arms is possible with the KR3000 (50 cm, 100 cm, 125 cm) and the KR6000 (75 cm, 150 cm), as the arms of the cantilever racks for light loads KR2500 are firmly welded to the rack upright.
If you want to combine two arm lengths in your rack, the rack upright must be used in the greater depth for safety reasons, e.g. in 100 cm depth (KR3000) and in 150 cm depth (KR6000).

Annual inspections of our cantilever racks
Cantilever racks and other products such as pallet racks, heavy-duty racks and storage racks are subjected to voluntary annual quality inspections. Among other things, our cantilever racks are tested for load, rigidity and stability. The load plates included in the scope of delivery show the respective maximum shelf and bay loads of the racks.

Cantilever racks for bulky and long goods
Cantilever racks are exceptionally versatile and provide substantial load capacities, making them one of the most popular types of heavy-duty rack in industry. Also known as long-goods racks, they consist of horizontal cantilever arms attached to vertical uprights or profiles. Effective storage of goods such as timber panels and pipes, separation of upright long goods, and the option of supporting decking make cantilever racks versatile bestsellers within TOPREGAL's extensive range.
Buy cantilever racks from TOPREGAL
Our shop offers cantilever racks in two designs: the KR2500 has arms welded permanently to the upright, while the KR3000 and KR6000 use arms that hook into the uprights and are secured with locking bolts. Supplied roll-off protection fitted to each arm prevents stored goods from rolling away. The option of installing or using the racks from both sides creates space-saving heavy-duty racks that meet a wide variety of warehouse requirements.
Single- and double-sided cantilever racks can be secured to the floor with bolt anchors, either against a wall or as freestanding units. Their modular construction allows additional arms or bays to be fitted later. Depending on the long-goods rack version, the arms may be welded permanently to the upright, as on the KR2500. Other versions use individually adjustable arms positioned in a 50 mm grid. Depending on the system, each TOPREGAL cantilever arm supports between 250 kg and one tonne, while arm depth or length varies from 50 to 150 cm. Our KR3000 system can also be fitted individually with wooden or grating decking for still greater flexibility.
The standard height of our long-goods racks is equally variable. Depending on the selected version, heights from two to 6 metres are available. Choose powder-coated steel, with blue uprights and bracing and orange arms, or a hot-dip galvanised version for outdoor use. If you are unsure which cantilever rack to buy for your warehouse, ask our specialist team for free, no-obligation advice.
