The TOPREGAL cantilever racks KR3000 feature a particularly robust, modular and flexible design.
This cantilever rack in a double-sided design with a width of 19,2 m is 3,5 m high, with an overall depth of 220 cm, and features 5 cantilever levels, with a cantilever depth of 100 cm. The maximum load per cantilever is 500 kg. The cantilevers can be attached at individual heights in increments of 50 mm and are secured with safety bolts and pins. The foot parts can also be used as a storage level (depending on the goods). To protect the load from accidentally slipping, roll-off protection can be attached at the end of each cantilever. This is included as standard in the delivery volume. The maximum unit load capacity (even total load between two uprights) is 1.500 kg.
The upright load is maximum 1.500 kg. At specific widths, the rack ends with a unit with an axial dimension of 100 cm. Best of all, you can extend your rack in terms of width or number of levels at any time.
The surface of this rack is galvanised and therefore weatherproof. This makes it particularly suitable for use outdoors, in cold stores, in corrosive environments or similar.
Using the mesh shelf rack layers, the cantilever rack can be loaded with pallets, barrels, parcels, transport boxes or other stored goods, for example. In addition, the shelves prevent goods from falling and long goods from sagging between the cantilevers. The mesh shelf is also weather-resistant and can be used outdoors, unlike our wooden boards.
Important information
All data refer to evenly distributed loads. When loaded, the shelf load and field load must not be exceeded. In principle, the current guidelines on safety and health at work (DGUV Rule 108-007 / BGR 234) apply during use. TOPREGAL accepts no liability for accidents/damage caused by improper use. Our expert advisory team will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Dimensions given are approximate and may deviate by a few centimetres. Combining cantilevers of different models, such as between KR3000 and KR6000, is technically not feasible. However, a mixture of different arm lengths, for example 50 cm and 100 cm, is certainly feasible. The important thing here is that the cantilever arms do not protrude beyond the cantilever feet. A combination of 50 cm and 100 cm cantilever arms would require a shelf upright with a depth of 100 cm.
Depending on the type of cantilever racking, our cantilever bays are available in painted and hot-dip galvanized versions (both versions for the KR3000/KR6000).

The individual cross and diagonal braces are mounted to the bracket of the shelf uprights with the corresponding hexagon bolts, hexagon nuts and washers.
Depending on the height of your shelves, the number of struts (cross and diagonal struts) varies.
You will find the appropriate number of braces in the article description and in the assembly instructions.
The axial dimension is the internal dimension between two shelf uprights. Depending on the cantilever type, we offer these fields in 120 cm (KR2500) and in 100 cm / 150 cm (KR3000 / KR6000).

A rubber strip on cantilever racks is primarily used to protect your stored goods and the cantilevers from potential damage. No additional assembly is required to attach them. The rubber strips are simply glued directly to the desired cantilever arm. For our models KR3000 and KR6000 we offer special matching rubber strips.
Available bay sizes vary depending on the specific cantilever rack model:
- KR2500: Provides bays 120 cm wide, bracing included.
- KR3000: Offers bays in 100 cm and 150 cm sizes, both including bracing. These are also available in a hot-dip galvanized version.
- KR6000: This model also offers 100 cm and 150 cm bays with bracing and is available in a hot-dip galvanized version.
The scope of delivery includes the appropriate number of screws for cantilever racking assembly. The following screws are used for a cantilever racking system:
Bolt anchor, hexagonal bolts / nuts, washer, compensation wedge etc.
With certain models of our cantilever racks you can flexibly adjust the height of the cantilever arms. The KR3000 and KR6000 models offer the possibility to adjust the cantilever arms individually in 5 cm steps. In contrast, the arms of the KR2500 system are permanently welded and do not allow any height adjustment.

Cantilever racking is ideal for the storage of long goods, e.g. wooden beams, steel profiles, pipes and much more. You can additionally equip the cantilever racking with wooden or grating floors, so that the storage of other stored goods is also possible.

Cantilever racking is always fixed by anchoring it to the ground.
A combination of KR3000 and KR6000 is not possible.
Only a combination of the arms is possible with the KR3000 (50 cm, 100 cm, 125 cm) and the KR6000 (75 cm, 150 cm), as the arms of the cantilever racks for light loads KR2500 are firmly welded to the rack upright.
If you want to combine two arm lengths in your rack, the rack upright must be used in the greater depth for safety reasons, e.g. in 100 cm depth (KR3000) and in 150 cm depth (KR6000).
