Easy to carry, powerful strapping

That is now possible with the manual Steel strapping tool SU-M1219. Its compact dimensions (100 x 400 x 330 mm) make it quick and easy to take along. It also fits perfectly into any standard banding trolley for steel band. With a tensioning force of 4.500 - 15.000 N, the SU-M1219 securely binds packages and picked goods. In just a few simple steps, the band is applied, tensioned, fixed and the excess steel band is cut off. Equipped with three levers, the steel-band strapping tool is particularly easy to operate. After you have firmly tightened the band with the right lever, you can easily fix it in this position with the left lever and quickly cut it off with the lower lever.

Flexible use

The manual strapping tool SU-M1219 is compatible with band widths of 12,7 - 19 mm and thicknesses of 0,5 mm, making it suitable for all common band dimensions. During strapping, the overlapping band is punched into itself under high pressure and securely fixed. No sealing sleeves are required for this process. This simplifies the entire packaging and order-assembly process and increases efficiency in your warehouse logistics. The lightweight tool is easy to carry or take along in a strapping trolley with you. Since it requires neither a rechargeable battery nor a battery, it is ready for use at any time.

Ergonomic packaging anywhere

Positioning the roll on the outside of the band makes it possible to use rolls of different sizes with this practical strapping trolley. The trolley is at a comfortable height of 1000 mm, making transport in the tilted position ergonomic. Goods of all kinds and sizes can be packaged in just a few simple steps. The conveniently positioned shelf at the front of the trolley allows you to carry the required strapping tool with you at all times. The Solid rubber wheels, measuring 200 mm, easily and quietly overcome small obstacles such as kerbs or steps. The trolley’s impact-resistant frame is extremely robust and designed for long-term use, so you can enjoy this practical product for as long as possible.

Safe and powerful packaging

This is now possible with our steel band, which easily withstands tensile forces of up to 5.200 N. Your picked goods are securely packaged because the steel band is particularly tear-resistant and resistant to impact. The entire roll weighs just 25 kg and is therefore easy to handle. The 400 m strapping bands can be easily placed around the goods to be packaged and then fixed with a suitable strapping tool. With this steel band, this is possible with or without sealing sleeves.
