This robust and durable stretch machine lets you wrap pallets safely and without any physical effort, with an output of 40 x/h. Our palett wrapper protects your products from falling over, damage and dirt during transport and storage. You can operate the PWS1650 either manually or by program, and select and save your own wrapping cycles in addition to the pre-installed programs. The film machine also has a photocell for automatic height detection, making wrapping child's play. The PWS1650 can bundle pallets up to a height of 1,95 m. The 1.650 mm large turntable with 12 rpm and a maximum load capacity of 2.000 kg secures your pallets effortlessly. Best of all: the palett wrapper is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

Cost-saving and sustainable thanks to pre-stretch

Compared with other Palett wrappers with mechanical and electromechanical film brakes, the PWS1650 has several rollers in the film carriage that pre-stretch the wrapping film. Thanks to this pre-stretch function, which can be set to up to 250 %, you save film while also improving load stabilisation, even with light pallets. Pre-stretching turns one metre of film into up to 3,5 m.

Easy, fast operation with unlimited possibilities

Thanks to its individually savable programs, the palett wrapper PWS1650 does exactly what you want. Among other things, you can set the number of horizontal top and bottom wraps variably and according to your needs. The turntable and film carriage speeds can also be adjusted easily and continuously via the intuitive, clearly arranged control panel. The pallet stretch machine receives power at an operating voltage of 220 V through the integrated plug, which can be connected to any standard 50 Hz socket. Transporting the palett wrapper is also straightforward, as openings in the turntable allow it to be quickly picked up by a forklift truck. This makes the PWS1650 flexible to use.

Note: To use the stretch function fully, you need LLDPE wrapping film designed for stretching up to 250 %. The thickness should also be between 15 - 35 µm. The film should have a width of 500 mm, a core diameter of 76 mm and a maximum outside diameter of 254 mm. Please also note that the machine has no integrated forklift ramp, so pallets cannot be placed on it by hand pallet truck. Transport the palett wrapper only with a forklift (not with a high-lift pallet truck).
