It also fits perfectly into any standard banding trolley for steel banding. With a tensioning force of 4.500 - 15.000 N, the SU-M1219 enables packages and picked goods to be securely strapped. The band can be fitted, tensioned and fixed in just a few simple steps, with the excess steel banding then cut off. Equipped with three levers, the steel banding tool is particularly easy to operate. After pulling the band tight with the right lever, you can easily secure it in this position with the left lever and quickly cut it off with the lower lever. No seals are required for this process.

The manual strapping tool SU-M1219 is compatible with strap widths of 12,7 - 19 mm and thicknesses of 0,38 - 0,6 mm, making it suitable for all common strap dimensions. During strapping, the overlapping band is punched into itself under high pressure and securely fixed. This eliminates the need for inconvenient seals, which can get lost and are more difficult to handle. This makes the entire packaging and order-picking process easier and increases the efficiency of your warehouse logistics.
