Strap with power and efficiency

The hand strapping machine HU-P1316 impresses with a high tensioning speed of 200 mm/s and a tensioning force of 600 - 4.000 N. Thanks to the ergonomically positioned buttons, the machine is easy to operate with one hand. The welding process starts simply by pressing the upper button. To remove excess material, the strap can then be cut by pressing the side switch. Once the friction-welding process is complete and the friction seal is secure, the strapping machine can be easily released by pulling the lower lever. This lets you strap picked goods and parcels securely and tightly within a few seconds, ready for transport.

The machine is designed for straps made of PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene), with a width of 13 - 16 mm and a thickness of 0,4 - 1,2 mm. The strapping machine is set for PET straps as standard. It can be converted to PP strap using the supplied assembly material. The welding process requires a temperature of just 15 - 20 °C, eliminating the risk of burns. For optimum results, the tensioning force and welding time can be adjusted electronically and continuously. Since the machine creates a welded seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required.

Everything you need from a single source

An additional Li-Ion battery is supplied as a spare for the strapping machine. It provides extra working capacity and prevents inconvenient waiting while the machine is charging. The batteries can weld 300 - 400 seams and last for approximately 12 h with continuous use. The matching charger, which fully recharges the batteries within 1,5 h, is also included. 

Efficient, ergonomic strap unwinding

The TecMaschin strapping trolley makes it easy to transport strap rolls with an inner diameter of 250 - 406 mm in an ergonomic manner. The height of 1.050 mm makes the frame easy to handle during transport and keeps the practical shelf at the right height for having the strapping machine ready to hand. The strapping band is held in the frame on roller bearings. This helps unwind the band quickly and makes work more efficient. The trolley is also extremely robust and therefore ideally equipped for continuous use in a warehouse or order-picking station. The fixed Solid rubber tyres with a diameter of 220 mm make it easy to move the strapping trolley to different locations.

Tear-resistant and secure packaging

With the TecMaschin strapping band made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), you can securely package stored goods and picked orders with straps up to 2.000 m and a very high tensile strength of 3.350 N. It therefore withstands the most demanding shipping requirements. With its width of 14,7 mm and thickness of 0,7 mm, it is compatible with all common strapping machines. Its advantages go beyond its green colour: it is fully recyclable, making it an environmentally sustainable choice for your company.
