Fast filling, secure packaging: the air pillow machine LPM16

The air cushion machine LPM16 makes this possible. With its high output of 16 m/min, the compact unit fills and seals air cushions and bubble films in the shortest possible time. If the inserted film requires more time to fill, the machine can be throttled down to 9 m/min. The temperature and air pressure can be adjusted flexibly. This ensures that air cushions of different sizes are filled optimally. Different materials, such as polyethylene films, including HDPE and LDPE, as well as polyacrylic, can be inserted into the air cushion machine. Setup is just as easy as operation itself. The roll of air cushion film is simply placed on the holder and then guided through the film guide and into the feed unit. This takes less than a minute, allowing you to start producing packaging material quickly. 

The soft air cushions ensure that fragile items can be transported safely. They can also be used as filling material if the package is too large for the packaged goods.

Flexible and powerful

With its compact dimensions (167 mm x 370 mm x 250 mm) and low weight of 8,5 kg, the machine can be installed almost anywhere. Its particularly quiet operation also contributes to this, with the unit emitting just 70 dB. The 170 cm-long power cable can also be connected to any standard power socket. Standard air cushion film rolls can be mounted on the roll holder with a diameter of 48 mm. Air cushion films with a material thickness of 0,015 - 0,03 mm and a maximum roll length of 1.500 m can also be used, giving you a free choice of rolls. We also supply the matching air cushion film.
