Twist wire effortlessly
The new electric wire tying tool BV34 from TecMaschin makes it possible. This practical device quickly and easily secures steel connections with wire. The days of manually wrapping iron bars are over. The 0,8 mm-wide metal wire is fed in within seconds and then twisted quickly and reliably.
Thanks to the 34 mm-wide opening at the front of the lightweight 1,3 kg rebar tying tool, even bars with a large diameter can be wrapped. The electric device has an ergonomic design, so the wrist does not become fatigued even after prolonged work. Its compact dimensions (65 mm x 220 mm x 280 mm) make it easy to transport and handle. The case supplied for the mobile BV34 wire tying tool makes transport even easier and allows you to carry one battery and 2 wire spools with you.
The wire spool (40 mm, Ø 65 mm) is made of ABS and can be changed quickly. The 110 m-long wire is tear-resistant and is twisted several times to create a secure connection. To change the wire spool, simply open the side flap, remove the old spool and insert a new one. Once the wire has been threaded into the pulling mechanism, work can continue. This process takes only a few seconds and is easy to perform.
Sustainable and durable
Thanks to its brushless electric motor and robust housing made of ABS, the rebar tying tool BV34 is particularly durable. The electric device has also been specifically designed with sustainability in mind. The lithium-ion battery, with a capacity of 4,5 Ah and a nominal voltage of 12 V, supplies energy to the powerful electric motor. The charging time for this device is just 1,5 h; charging is carried out with an external charger. Together with the included replacement battery, which can be charged while the other one is in use, you can work continuously with the wire tying tool. The charger operates at 230 V and 50 Hz. It can therefore be plugged into any standard socket.

Exceptions are our heavy duty shelves incl. single parts. Here we grant a 5 year warranty.
