Replacement battery for electric pallet truck HWE1500-2, 24 V 30 Ah, SolidHub

Our tip for uninterrupted use of the electric pallet truck:

An additional replacement battery. It increases the operating time of the electric pallet truck enormously. The battery can be changed quickly and easily in just a few seconds. While a battery is being charged (maximum charging time ), the pallet truck is ready with a replacement battery for activities in the warehouse, plant and production. The lithium iron phosphate battery with a dead weight of is the centrepiece and drive.

The uninterrupted service life of the electric pallet truck is 2 h. The external battery block is recharged at a socket within a short time for the next use. However, the battery must be placed on a fireproof surface (fire protection) during the charging process.

Pro tip:

we recommend switching off the lifting device when not in use for long periods to save energy. This increases the service life of the low-floor vehicle and reduces unwelcome downtime. 

Good to know:

Warehouse staff do not need special training or a forklift licence to use the HWE1500-2. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to operating the lifting device is sufficient. When working with the SolidHub HWE1500-2 electric pallet truck, it is of course important to observe and comply with legal requirements.
