The HWE15-L-1: the long-distance transport wonder

The fully electric pump truck HWE15-L-1 is ideally equipped for your warehouse with a lifting capacity of up to 1.500 kg. Unlike other entry-level electric pallet trucks, it does not just drive forwards and backwards electrically: the lifting function is electric too. This eliminates the tedious and time-consuming pumping required to raise stored goods. At the push of a button on the tiller, Euro pallets or mesh boxes can be lifted with minimal effort. This is not only faster, but also more ergonomic for every employee who operates the equipment. The speed of the pallet truck (max. 4,5 km/h) can be conveniently and continuously controlled using the practical toggle switch on the tiller. When the toggle switch is released or deliberately set to the zero position, the pallet truck automatically brakes. This makes the pallet truck easier to handle and is also an important safety feature. The electromagnetic brake prevents uncontrolled rolling and thus helps to avoid accidents. The particularly long forks measuring 1.800 mm make it possible to transport several pallets at once and to lift oversized pallets and mesh boxes.

Manoeuvrable and lightweight: transport goods in the warehouse and to customers

With a load capacity of up to 1.500 kg, the SolidHub electric pump truck effortlessly lifts and transports stored goods and finished products. Its low weight of 168 kg, narrow design with a width of 560 mm and short wheelbase of 1.875 mm all contribute significantly to its manoeuvrability and flexibility. This results in a very small turning radius of 2.000 mm, making it easy to manoeuvre in confined spaces, between narrow storage racks, when loading trucks or in freight lifts. An electric pallet truck designed to be carried on trucks also makes it easier for carriers to handle heavy loads on the road. Pallets can be moved on the loading platform, unloaded via the tail lift and placed right outside the customer’s door.

The 21 cm drive wheels, together with the tandem fork rollers made of polyurethane (with a diameter of 8 cm), overcome small edges without damage and ensure quiet travel. At 4,5 km/h, you transport goods at a moderate speed from A to B. Combined with the high lifting and lowering speed, this makes the HWE15-L-1 your reliable, manoeuvrable partner for transporting goods. The robust steel housing not only protects the drive unit, but also provides additional foot protection thanks to its small ground clearance. The fork length of 1.800 mm is ideal for transporting Euro pallets. However, this pallet truck can also transport all other common pallet sizes. The rounded fork tips make it easier to pick up pallets.

Good performance and powerful drive from the 24 V lithium-ion battery

The powerful lithium-ion rechargeable battery from SolidHub is the heart and drive of the HWE15-L-1.  The intelligent charging system prevents overcharging during the unit’s simple charging process. This not only extends the battery’s service life, but also prevents heat from developing during charging. The battery charge can be read easily and conveniently on the unit’s housing, so you always know when the next charge is needed. With continuous use of the electric pallet truck, the battery runtime is 2 - 3 h. After the pallet truck has been used, it is simply connected to the charging station. After 2,5 h, the battery is fully ready for use again and the machine can continue transporting goods with power and manoeuvrability.

Good to know: Warehouse employees do not need any special training or a forklift certificate to operate the HWE15-L-1. An introduction to handling the lifting equipment is sufficient. Naturally, the legal regulations must be observed and complied with when working with the SolidHub electric pallet truck HWE15-L-1.
