Fast deployment, high loads, precise measurement

This is what the electronic hanging scale KW-3T promises. This practical device measures heavy machines, tools, goods and other loads up to 3.000 kg. To ensure protection against overloading, weights of up to 3.750 kg can be safely lifted and moved with the scale. The compact forklift scale (195 mm x 260 mm x 455 mm) impresses with its low weight of 11,5 kg and many different functions that make work convenient and efficient. The integrated Li-Ion battery promises a very long device runtime and is ready for use after only a few hours of charging. The Anti-Jitter function significantly increases measurement accuracy. It reduces timing jitter during the transmission of the necessary digital signals, thereby ensuring precise measurements with stable results.

Robust construction, long runtime

The electronic crane scale KW-3T is perfectly designed for a long service life. The sturdy aluminium housing of the digital measuring device protects the electronics inside. This makes the hanging scale robust and able to withstand possible impacts and blows. The hook is made of a strong steel alloy and provides a secure suspension point for shackles and ropes. The powerful battery with 6 V enables a very long operating time of 50 h. The power-saving mode dims the device display and can further extend battery life. This is particularly useful when working outside a workshop and the available daylight is sufficient to read the digits on the large display (150 x 45 mm). The electric crane scale also withstands splashing water and light rain.

Practical design, intelligent functions

The functional design of the electric hanging scale allows the device to be used at great heights and over long distances. This is ensured, on the one hand, by the extra-large display with green LED digits and, on the other, by the remote control, which allows the KW-3T to be operated from the ground. Remote control is possible at a range of up to 15 m. This is particularly practical when you want to use the tare or hold function while the hanging scale is out of reach. The tare function allows the device to be set to a weight that has already been attached. The weight must be on the hook; pressing the tare button then resets the display to zero. This makes it possible to quickly determine differences in weight or additional loads. The hold function allows a measurement to be stored temporarily. Measurements can also be accumulated to calculate total weights. The power-saving mode significantly increases operating time. A safety function also prevents the device from being overloaded by emitting a safety signal as soon as the maximum load has been reached. A safety mechanism is also integrated to protect the battery against overcharging.

Important:

To prevent the internal energy store from being drained by standby mode, the electronic crane scale KW-3T switches off completely. It can therefore only be switched off using the remote control. It must be switched on at the device itself.
