Safe storage of pallets
The push-through protection from TOPREGAL prevents the pallets from being unintentionally pushed to the rear. This product has a length of 2.700 mm, is 80 mm high and 40 mm deep. The weight is 6 kg. Screw-on metal plates as well as screws for attachment to the racking system are included in the deliver volume and are compatible with all common pallet rack systems.
Good to know
Push-through protection is part of the safety & protection equipment for pallet racks. These are attached to the sides of the racks that are not intended for loading and unloading.
Push-through protection is absolutely necessary for the following installation variants:
- Rows of racks that can be accessed behind the installation by the public must be secured to prevent load units from falling out.
- Double racks loaded from two sides with lifting devices, such as forklifts or high-lift trucks, must have push-through protection.
Tested in accordance with DGUV 108-007, the push-through protection is made of solid steel and can withstand the highest forces. The rack depth is increased by 180 mm throughout by the installation of the push-through protection, the pallet overhang is thus optimally absorbed by the protection.
