Safe storage of pallets
The TOPREGAL push-through protection prevents pallets from being pushed backwards unintentionally. This item has a length of 1.800 mm, is 80 mm high and 40 mm deep. The weight is 4 kg. Screw-on plates and screws for fastening to the shelving system are included and are compatible with all standard pallet racking systems.
Good to know
The push-through protection is part of the safety-relevant accessories for pallet racking. These are fitted to the sides of the racking that are not intended for loading and unloading.
Slip protection is mandatory in the following installation variants:
- Rows of shelving where there is public traffic behind the system must be secured against load units falling down.
- Double shelving that is loaded from two sides with lifting equipment, e.g. forklift trucks or high-lift trucks, must have push-through protection.
The push-through protection, tested in accordance with German DGUV 108-007 regulations, is made of solid steel and can withstand even the highest forces. The rack depth is increased by 180 mm overall by fitting the push-through protection, meaning that the pallet overhang is optimally absorbed by the protection.
