Increase load capacity with support bars
You can increase the load capacity of the shelf using depth supports.
The support bars are attached transverse to the beams and the shelf is placed over the support bars and beams.
One support bar increases the load capacity by 600 kg.
It is important not to exceed the maximum compartment load of the beams.
The 800 mm support bar is suitable for use in the 800 mm-deep pallet rack.
Example calculation with wooden board:
Unit length 180 cm + 1 support bar = 1500 kg + 600 kg = 2000 kg compartment load capacity, as the max. compartment load capacity of the beams must not be exceeded.
Unit length 270 cm + 1 support bar = 1500 kg + 600 kg = 2100 kg compartment load
Unit length 270 cm + 2 support bars = 1500 kg + 1200 kg = 2700 kg compartment load
Unit length 270 cm + 3 support bars = 1500 kg + 1800 kg = 3000 kg compartment load, as the max. compartment load of the beams must not be exceeded.
