Precise work with secure clamping
The MA-S200 machine vice from TecMaschin meets the highest standards for precision, even under heavy strain. It holds the workpiece firmly in place and keeps it from slipping even during machining work such as milling or drilling with a tolerance of 0,05 mm. This is made possible by the vice’s integrated pull-down system. The machine vice, with its compact dimensions of 150 mm x 420 mm x 100 mm, can be attached to CNC machines, workbenches, machining centres and other machine tools by means of clamping jaws/clamping claws. The vice can be easily adjusted and workpieces firmly clamped in place with the enclosed hex key.
The MA-S200 precision vice is made from a hardened alloy (20CrMnTi), giving the handy tool a long service life. This makes the clamping tool a sustainable investment for your company. The slide can be moved smoothly along the rails on the vice, making quick re-clamping and setup a breeze. It also makes the tool efficient to work with. The comparatively low weight of 31,5 kg also adds to this. The accessories allow you to clamp workpieces of different shapes and hardnesses, with the help of the large 200 mm jaw opening and the 50 mm height of the clamping jaws. These allow the tool to exert forces of up to 49.000 N while eliminating slipping or wedging.

For all items in the shop - which are not consumables - we grant a warranty of 1 year. This warranty is valid from the date of invoice and covers material, processing or construction defects. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper handling or unauthorized modification is not covered by the warranty. On articles with batteries and / or accumulators we grant a voluntary functional guarantee of 6 months from the date of purchase on the batteries / accumulators .
Exceptions are our heavy duty shelves incl. single parts. Here we grant a 5 year warranty.
