Wide span rack from TOPREGAL: Highly durable, versatile design

The storage racks from TOPREGAL meet all requirements thanks to their stability and versatility. Our wide span racks have an impressive unit load capacity (total load with even distribution between two uprights) of 2.000 kg and a compartment load capacity of 500 kg. This makes it easy to store different types of goods, including bulky and heavy items.
In addition, the TOPREGAL storage racks have been tested in accordance with the German DGUV 108-007 specification for their stability, rigidity and load capacity.
Assembly is complete in just a few steps. Thanks to the simple plug-in system, you can attach the beams individually in increments of 50 mm and secure them with safety pins. The modular system of our storage racks ensures that your rack can be widened at any time or expanded to include more levels. This racking type features an attractive appearance, with orange beams and blue storage rack uprights, as well as a robust and durable design.

The optimal rack layer for your application

The mesh shelf support is made from individual modules measuring 110 cm or 220 cm. The board is secured and stabilised by placing it in the stepped beam. The max. load capacity with an evenly distributed load is 500 kg per mesh shelf support. This product is ideal for storing hazardous substances or liquids. In everyday work in the warehouse, it can be useful to see goods from the ground through the mesh shelf support.

Practical dimensions, simple assembly

This storage rack features an impressive height of 3,5 m, and is 80 cm deep and 3,5 m wide. The 3 levels each offer a maximum load capacity of 500 kg; the maximum load capacity between two uprights (unit load capacity) of 2.000 kg must not be exceeded. In all cases, the data refer to an even load on the racks. Assembly is quick and easy thanks to the plug-in system. For wide span racks from TOPREGAL, there is also a wide selection of individual parts and accessories, such as rack uprights, beams, magnetic tapes and storage bins.

All material required for assembly is included in the delivery volume.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about the product
In which depths are the storage racks available?

We offer you our storage rack in the depths 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm and in 120 cm.

For an overview of the shelf stands with the heights and depths we offer click here.

Can I arrange the shelves of the storage racks freely in height?

The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as desired in a grid spacing of 5 cm.

The number of levels depends on the height / weight of your stored goods. A prerequisite is always the even distribution of the loads (shelf load: max. 500 kg, bay load 2000 kg - storage rack).

Does the shelf have to be fixed in the floor / wall?

Fixing our racks to the wall is not permitted.

Pallet racks must be anchored to the floor according to DIN EN 15512 & DIN EN 15635.

Storage racks must be fixed to the floor from a depth / height ratio greater than 5:1. Below this no anchoring is required.

Our spacers are used exclusively for the parallel positioning of our shelves.

What is the field load and what is the shelf load?

The maximum weight that a rack can carry in total is called the bay load (C). However, the rack's own weight does not count towards this (the storage rack has a bay load of 2000 kg).

The maximum weight that can be carried by a single shelf is called the shelf load (B) (the storage rack has a maximum shelf load of 500 kg).

The sum of the shelf loads (B), however, must not exceed the bay load (C). A prerequisite (for the weight specifications) is basically the even distribution of the loads. Point loads (A) are the forces acting on the floor at one point, also known as concentrated loads.

The figure shows point load (A), shelf load (B) and bay load (C) using the example of a storage rack.
